Customer Panel Manual

Once your account is live you will automatically gain access to our web based Customer Panel. Within the portal you can update personal details and bank and card details, manage deposits and withdrawals, and access account history.

The Homepage will show you a live account summary with Open Positions and Pending Orders.

The User Account section allows you to manage and update your personal details.

The Bank Accounts section allows you to lodge your details to make and receive bank transfers. Please note that we can only accept funds from and send funds to a personal bank account held in the name of the account holder.

Deposits and Withdrawals can be managed here. To make a deposit, simply enter the amount and then press the Create a Deposit Request button. You will then be able to choose your preferred payment method.

Withdrawal requests are also simple and processed immediately.

The Account History section allows you to see all past transaction data, and you can even specify particular timeframes.
